Stimulating return of Ukrainians from abroad doesn’t provide for administrative measures – Shmyhal
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal says that encouraging the return of Ukrainians from abroad does not provide for the application of any administrative measures against them.
"The return of Ukrainians from abroad. We are not talking about administrative measures, but only about incentives. More security, more living conditions, more opportunities for self-realization," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Tuesday.
The Prime Minister noted that such programs within the country as eVidnovlennia (eRecovery), eOselia, grants and affordable loans for starting its own business are working for these purposes.
As reported, on March 4, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that together with partners, the government is working on incentives for Ukrainians to return to Ukraine. In particular, it’s about the transformation of programs to support the stay of Ukrainians in the European Union into programs to encourage return.
