Tokayev congratulates Zelensky on winning Ukrainian presidency

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated Volodymyr Zelensky on winning the presidential election in Ukraine.

"Have forwarded a congratulatory telegram to Volodymyr Zelensky on the occasion of his convincing victory in the presidential election, wished him success for the good of Ukraine," Tokayev wrote on Twitter on Monday.
