Zelenskyy urges not to disclose details of damage to energy infrastructure

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged not to disclose details of damage to energy facilities, so that the enemy would not take advantage of this.
"As for the details of the destruction at hydroelectric power plants or other [energy facilities]... We have freedom of speech, but I do not support it when the enemy knows what specific damage it has caused to Ukraine and the energy system with its attack," he said at the forum Ukraine 2024. Independence on Tuesday in Kyiv.
"There are details that the whole world should know to understand what Russia is doing here on our land... But what condition are these or those of our structures in and what are we doing there now – let it be in silence," the head of state emphasized.
Zelenskyy thanked the employees of energy companies and the State Emergency Service who risk their lives so that people have light.
"I think such people are our light, and I am very grateful to them," he said.
