"Second, the operation in Kursk region. As of this morning, there is a replenishment of the [prisoner] exchange fund for our state. Thanks to all the soldiers and commanders who take Russian soldiers prisoner and thus bring closer the release of our soldiers and civilians who are captivated by Russia. General Syrsky also reported on the strengthening of the positions of our forces in Kursk region and the expansion of the stabilized territory," Zelenskyy said.
