Govt authorizes round-the-clock operation of centres of recruitment and social support
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has authorized the round-the-clock operation of territorial centres of recruitment and social support.
As Taras Melnychuk, a representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, reported on Telegram channel, the decision adopted at a government meeting on Friday amended the regulations on the territorial centres of recruitment and social support.
The changes provide for granting the right to territorial centres of recruitment and social support during mobilization or during the legal regime of martial law to consider cases of administrative offenses around the clock and impose administrative penalties in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, organize medical examinations at a certain frequency and psychological examinations by military medical commissions of those liable for military service and reservists, keeping personal and qualitative records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, recording vehicles to be transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during mobilization and wartime.
