Zelenskyy thanks Denmark for military and humanitarian assistance

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Denmark for the military and humanitarian assistance provided.

"Thank you, Denmark, for your solidarity. Thank you for all your help to Ukraine. Thank you for the Harpoons. The Russians are afraid of them. Thank you for the Caesars. Thank you for the Leopards, for the Bradleys. And the artillery. And thank you for demining vehicles. All this serves freedom. Everything is already serving right now to protect people's lives," Zelenskyy said, speaking in the Danish parliament on Monday.

According to the president, "humanity turned into solidarity. Solidarity turned into leadership. In particular, your leadership, Denmark. And this is leadership that multiplies our common strength."

"We trust you, Denmark. Thank you. The full-scale Russian evil is now receding under the blows of those whom Russia has always only despised. And, neglecting, it was wrong. But people are not mistaken now when they despise Russia, which spreads evil," he said.

Zelenskyy said "Ukraine believed you and believed in you when this invasion of evil began. And I thank you for believing in us."

"I turned to you for support in overcoming this disaster that the war brought, and you support Ukraine with everything we need. I turned to you saying that we need to think not only about the war," he said.

"We know that there will be peace. We know that we can return to a normal life. What we loved, how we lived. And I am grateful to you that you are already helping Ukraine with recovery, in particular, our city of Mykolaiv, for which Denmark took patronage," Zelenskyy said.

According to Zelenskyy, "now the Russian evil is beating by pain and death in Ukrainian cities and villages, but openly says that it will not be limited to Ukraine. Then, later, after our country, they want to carry this suffering further to Europe and further to the world, and I I'm sure you can hear it."

"All of Russia's neighbors are under threat if Ukraine does not stand. International law cannot be revived. Democracies of the world, any of them can become a target. Either for missiles, or for mercenaries, or for destabilization. I'm sure you feel it," Zelenskyy said.
