Air defense eliminated 20 out of 20 Shahed drones mainly in Kyiv region, two Kalibr missiles, and also, probably, the enemy launched one Iskander-M ballistic missile from the side of the temporarily occupied Crimea, the information is being specified, Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said.

"As a result of combat work, all 20 attack drones were destroyed, mainly in Kyiv region. Also, two Kalibr cruise missiles were destroyed in different directions," the AFU said in the statement.

It is also reported that the enemy used another Iskander-M ballistic missile from the side of the temporarily occupied Dzhankoy, Crimea.

Regarding the consequences of launching a missile from the Iskander-M operational tactical missile complex, information is being specified, the Air Force said.

As noted, the enemy attacked Ukraine in the northeast (Kursk) and southeast (Primorsko-Akhtarsk) directions.

"Anti-aircraft missile units, fighter aircraft, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and air defense of other components of the Ukrainian defense forces were involved in repelling an enemy attack," the Air Force said.
