British fintech company Paysend is stopping all transfers to Russia, the company said on its Linkedin page.

"When we founded Paysend, our mission was to unite people and bring family and friends closer together even though they could be physically separated across the world. Russia's invasion of Ukraine brings a stark reality as to how difficult implementing such a simple concept can be. We have already shared the steps we were taking as an organisation to ensure the safety and security of our employees and support impacted people from the affected areas, whilst continuing the availability of Paysend's services to ensure that financial support could get into the hands of the people who needed it most. However, due to the current circumstances, we have taken the decision to suspend all transfers to Russia with immediate effect," the company said.
