Russian companies InduSoft LLC and ISS-Soft LLC were included in the sanctions list by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) and the decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 19, 2021.

According to the documents, a complete ban on trade operations, transit of resources, revoking or suspension of licenses, termination of the provision of telecom services, as well as a ban on the transfer of technology, rights to intellectual property is introduced for the period of three years and sanctions are applied to prevent the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine.

In addition, the sanctions include a ban on public and defense purchases of software from both companies.

The core business of Indusoft-Ukraine (Indusoft LLC) is digital transformation of industrial enterprises: production dispatch, quality management, energy management, production accounting, efficiency analysis (calculation of KPI).

Sanctions have been imposed in relation to the following software products: I-LDS InduSoft Laboratory Data System, I-DS InduSoft Dispatching System, I-DRMS InduSoft Data Reconciliation Management System, I-EMS InduSoft Energy Management System, as well as I-DS/PS InduSoft - Digital Service/Planning & Scheduling.

Intelligent Security Systems (belongs ISS-Soft LLC (Russia) and a number of other companies) provides services in the field of video analytics and management software, providing centralized control and monitoring of the entire corporate security network.

The company specializes in the development of video surveillance and control systems for network digital video, video templates processing and digital data transmission.
