Taruta declares $5.5 mln in cash, over 300 antique items, paintings
MP Serhiy Taruta (not a member of any faction) declared many pieces of art and antique items in his 2015 declaration.
The lawmaker collected around 200 paintings, most of them are old. He has pieces of Karl Briulov and Ivan Aivazovsky.
He declared around 100 antique items, including figurines, coins, maps, jewelry and decoration items. He has 20 Japanese antique items.
Taruta also declared around 30 icons and a bar of gold.
He owns 16 watches belonged to him and members of his family, as well as rings, earrings and pendant ornaments.
He and his family declared $5.5 million, EUR 560,000 and GBP 20,000 in cash.
He and his family have $1.1 million, EUR 2,600 and UAH 485,000 in banks. The lawmaker lended UAH 3.5 million to third parties.
The lawmaker has three apartments in Kyiv (171.8, 257.1 and 203.7 square meters), office and a nonresidential house in Kyiv (556.8 square meters), an apartment in Mariupol (44.6 square meters), two apartments in Crimea, a house, an apartment and a land parcel in Donetsk.
His wife, daughters and mother own a house, an apartment and a land parcel in Mariupol, a house and a land parcel in Vynohradne near Mariupol. They also own two land parcels in Partenit (Crimea), three land parcels and a house (479.4 square meters), a garage and two apartments (165.5 and 74.5 square meters) in Kyiv.
Taruta and his family declared Lexus GS 430 manufactured in 2006, Lexus GX470 manufactured in 2008, Audi ТТ manufactured in 2007 and Renault Master manufactured in 2008.
The lawmaker is the ultimate beneficiary of 29 companies, including Dargamo Holdings Limited, Arrowcrest Limited, Azovintex Design-Construction Enterprise LLC, Art Invest Group LLC, PrJSC Kalchytsky Quarry, PJSC Dniprovsky Pipe Plant, PrJSC Ukrainian Mining-Metal Company, Alfa-metal LLC, Sokol Kyiv hockey club LLC and Metalurg FC LLC.
His income in 2015 was almost UAH 2.1 million (salary, interest and rental). His family members had UAH 776,500 of income.
