Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine - Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Kuleba indicated UAH 512,771 income in the electronic declaration of property and income for 2023.

In particular, in 2023, the salary of the then deputy head of the President's Office amounted to his entire income - UAH 512,771, and his wife declared UAH 703,323 in income.

In addition, Kuleba declared UAH 20,700 in bank accounts, UAH 423,000, $20,000 and EUR 16,000 in cash, and his wife declared UAH 146,900, EUR 4,400 in bank accounts and $20,000 in cash.

According to the document, Kuleba owns 25% of an apartment (87.7 sq m), a land plot (393 sq m) in Kyiv, and is also registered in an apartment (65 sq m) in Kyiv, and his wife owns 25% of an apartment (86 sq m), a garage (45 sq m) in Kyiv, a residential building (376.5 sq m) and a land plot (1,520 sq m) in Kyiv region, and rents a forest plot (2,000 sq m) in Kyiv region.

In addition, the new deputy prime minister's wife owns a 2015 Kia Sportage and a Ginlong Solis solar power plant (Solis 30kW 5G).

As reported, on September 5, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Kuleba as Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine - Minister for Communities and Territories Development. Before this appointment to the Cabinet of Ministers, from January 24, 2023, he held the position of deputy head of the President's Office of Ukraine.
