URCS volunteers helping rescuers in Odesa, Dnipro eliminate consequences of Russian drone attacks
Volunteers of the rapid response units of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) in Odesa and Dnipro are helping to eliminate the consequences of night attacks by Russian drones.
"The Odesa rapid response unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross was working at the site of the shelling. Volunteers assisted rescuers during the fire fighting and provided them with drinking water. First aid and first psychological aid were also provided to the victims," URCS said on Facebook on Friday.
Volunteers of the rapid response unit of the URCS of Dnipropetrovsk region provided first psychological assistance to victims in Dnipro, warmed children with thermal blankets.
As reported, as a result of the attack by Russian drones in Odesa on Friday night, three people were killed, eight people were injured in Dnipro.
According to the State Emergency Service, the building of the enterprise in the coastal zone of Odesa has undergone significant destruction, a fire broke out on an area of 500 square meters. The search and rescue operation continues.
