The only one who is interested in the destabilization of the situation in Israel and, in general, in the Middle East region is at the same time the enemy of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.

"We are monitoring all information about Israel and Middle East and keeping in touch with our partners to prevent the further expansion of destabilization. We clearly understand that the only one who is interested in the worst scenario is our enemy," he said in a video message on Thursday evening.

The head of state thanked everyone in the world who "applies every effort to prevent the Middle East region from 'explosion' and to ensure that the terrorists will be brought to justice for their deeds against Israel, against their women, children and ordinary people."

"It is extremely important for everyone in the world, even those who do not understand this yet, that terrorist be brought to justice for the evil they do," Zelenskyy said.

The president of Ukraine offered his condolences to all those who lost their loved ones on Israel.

"We also remember the citizens of other states who were captivated or killed by the terrorists. There are Ukrainians among the victims. My condolences to everyone who lost their relatives," he said.
