Zelensky on meeting of Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff: We're developing most effective countermeasures to Russia's new missile strikes

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said following Monday a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief that the Ukrainian authorities are developing the most effective measures to counter new Russian missile strikes.
"I held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. We discussed the situation on the frontline, separately analyzed the situation in Donetsk region and the south. We heard information about the likely actions of the aggressor in the near future. We do not ignore the fact that the enemy will prepare new missile strikes, so we are developing the most effective countermeasures. We also focused on providing the Armed Forces with ammunition and training commanders of the tactical level," the head of state said on the Telegram channel.
According to the information on the website of the Office of the President, the meeting was attended by Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, Commander-in-Chief of the AFU Valeriy Zaluzhny, Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Commander of the Ground Forces Oleksandr Syrsky and the commanders of the troops of the operational directions.
Participants also included Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development Oleksandr Kubrakov, Finance Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Marchenko, other members of the government, including Acting Head of the Security Service Vasyl Maliuk and other heads of security and law enforcement agencies.
