The sooner the world breaks all ties with Russia, the better, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.

"Deputinization means getting rid of Russian influence in all areas. Politics, international relations, economics, energy, business, art, science, etc. Russia today is a toxic partner responsible for massive war crimes in Ukraine. The sooner the world cuts all ties the better," Kuleba tweeted on Wednesday.
