TV presenter Savik Shuster will announce the results of exit polls for the local elections held on October 25 on the Ukraine 24 TV channel immediately after the polling stations close at 20:00 as part of the Election Night with Savik Shuster special project.

Exit polls will be held as part of a joint project between Savik Shuster Studio and Ukraine 24 TV channel.

The results of exit polls via face-to-face interviews conducted in 12 cities of Ukraine will be announced: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lvov, Dnipro, Mariupol, Kryvy Rih, Chernivtsi, Uzhgorod, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy.

In particular, the names of the winning mayors, the cities where the second round will take place and the parties that will overcome the 5% threshold will be named.

To determine the turnout, the tools of the sociological company Liberty Report will be used. The sociologists who conduct the survey have been working with Savik Shuster for over 10 years. On October 25, they are expected to interview between 40,000 and 60,000 Ukrainians across the country: more than 1,500 interviewers will work at 554 polling stations, and 70 call center operators will receive data from sociologists throughout the day. The expected marginal sampling error is 1.6% with a confidence level of 95% (excluding the design effect).
