Ukraine registers 2,884 new COVID-19 cases per day, 1,717 recovered, 59 died
In Ukraine, as of Tuesday morning, some 2,884 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) disease were detected, some 1,717 people recovered, some 59 people died, according to data published on the website of the National Security and Defense Council's (NSDC) Coronavirus Epidemic Monitoring System.
A day earlier, on September 21, there were 2,675 new cases of the disease, on September 20, some 2,966 new cases were reported, on September 19 there were 3,240 new cases of the virus, on September 18 there were about 3,228 new cases. On September 17 a record number of 3,584 infected people was registered, on 16 September, some 2,958 cases of COVID-19 were reported.
The number of infected people since the beginning of the pandemic was 181,237 patients on Tuesday morning, some 3,642 people died from COVID-19 disease, some 79,901 people recovered.
Now in Ukraine, some 97,694 people are sick with COVID-19 disease, which is 1,108 people more than the day before.
The largest number of detected cases of COVID-19 over the past day was recorded in Kharkiv (372), Ternopil (293), Lviv (275) and Odesa (233) regions, in Kyiv (270).
