OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (OSCE SMM) Principal Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug expects that members of the Trilateral Contact Group will sign a document on disengagement between the conflicting parties in Donbas during Wednesday's meeting in Minsk.

In response to an Interfax question about chances of seeing such an agreement inked at today's meeting, Hug said that he certainly hopes for this and that 'hope dies last'.
