Ukraine, Sumy region mourns victims of missiles strike April 14, 15 and 16

In Sumy region, April 14, 15 and 16 have been declared Days of Mourning as a sign of grief for the victims, the city council reported.
"In Sumy region, Days of Mourning have been declared on April 14, 15 and 16. During the Days of Mourning, the state flags of Ukraine will be lowered on administrative buildings, as well as on the buildings of enterprises, institutions and organizations," the city council said in a message on the Telegram channel.
It is noted that entertainment events have been cancelled on the territory of the community, and the playing of entertainment music is prohibited in trade establishments, public catering establishments and in public transport. The state flags of Ukraine will be lowered on administrative buildings, as well as on the buildings of enterprises, institutions and organizations.
On April 14, a Day of Mourning will be declared in Kyiv region and the state flags will be lowered. In Kharkiv and Lviv, a Day of Mourning for the victims of the strike in Sumy has also been declared.
As reported, 32 people have already been killed in the strike, including two children. The number of injured has risen to 99, including 11 children. Russia launched the strike with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles. According to the Presidential Office, Russian troops used a missile with cluster munitions. Volodymyr Artiukh, the head of the Sumy Regional Administration, said that most people died in a trolleybus. At the time when the Russian Federation struck the city, many people were returning from church. According to media reports, many historical buildings were damaged in the strike. The university building, children's theater, university library, Institute of Physics, and Catholic church were damaged.
