Slovak PM offers Ukrainian PM 'technical solution' for LUKOIL oil transit
Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico on Friday held a conversation with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal regarding the transit of Russian oil blocked by Kyiv, the Slovak agency TASR reports, citing the press service of the government apparatus.
According to the agency, Fico offered "a technical solution in which several states, including Slovakia, should participate." The Slovak government did not disclose any other details regarding the proposed "technical solution."
As reported, Ukraine added the Russian company LUKOIL, whose oil was used at the country's only refinery Slovnaft, to the sanctions list.
