President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commenting on the visit of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to China, has said that there is a clear signal from the Chinese side to support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.

"Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, who is paying a visit to China these days and has already held talks with his colleague, reported to me on the results of his meeting. The visit of a Ukrainian official at this level [is happening] for the first time in many years, and this is good. There is a clear signal that China supports the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine," the President said in an evening video message.

Zelenskyy also said that following the results of Kuleba's report, "it was confirmed that Chinese leader Xi Jinping told me that China does not provide weapons to Russia."

"I expect a detailed report from the minister after returning to Ukraine," the President concluded.

As reported, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister is paying an official visit to China at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi from July 23 to July 25.
