"No Ukrainian servicemen have been killed, five have been injured in the past 24 hours," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.

He also said that the situation in the Luhansk sector has improved in the past 24 hours. Two shellings in the Popasna district have been reported in the past 24 hours.

In Donetsk sector the number of shellings decreased, but the enemy continues to use heavy armaments, in particular, mortars and 122 mm howitzers, he said. The main spots of tension are the Horlivka agglomeration and Avdiyivka, he said.
