Occupiers inflict 12 missile, 47 air strikes, launch 18 drones, 16 of which downed by Ukrainian air defense over past 24 hours – General Staff
The Russian occupation forces mounted twelve missile and 47 air attacks as well as shelled the Ukrainian defense positions and settlements 38 times using multiple-launch rocket systems over the past 24 hours, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
The occupiers inflicted another air strike on Ukraine using 18 Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones during the past day. The Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 16 kamikaze drones, it said on Friday morning.
The enemy also inflicted air strikes on Petropavlivka in Kharkiv region, Serebrianske Forestry in Luhansk region, Dyliyivka, Maryinka, Urozhaine, Staromayorske in Donetsk region, Novodarivka, Mala Tokmachka in Zaporizhia region.
More than 100 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.
"Unfortunately, civilians were injured as a result of Russia's terrorist attacks. Houses and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged," the General Staff said.
