People can get help from professional psychologists in the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS).

"In the information center of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, people can get help from professional psychologists. There are specialists on the support line who provide consultations, accompany or redirect a person to another specialist if necessary," the society said on Facebook on Wednesday.

According to the society's statement, since the beginning of Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine, the number of requests for psychosocial support has increased, about 1,000 calls have been registered in 2022.

The URCS information center is open from Monday to Friday 09.00-18.00.

Calls from numbers of Ukrainian mobile operators are free and confidential.
