The mobile operator Kyivstar announced the restoration of communications in Chervonohrad.

"In Kharkiv region, specialists from the Kyivstar Technical Directorate replaced the damaged section of the fiber-optic network. Due to this, communication in the city of Chervonograd has been renewed. We continue to work so that our subscribers can communicate with friends and family," Iryna Lelichenko, a leading PR specialist, said on her page in Facebook.

In turn, PR director of Vodafone Ukraine Viktoria Ruban wrote that the operator's network has problems with power supply.

"As soon as the supply of electricity is ensured, the network work will be resumed as soon as possible. We ask for patience and endurance! Our engineers and energy partners are working around the clock to eliminate all problems," she said on her Facebook page.
