One Ukrainian serviceman wounded in Donbas over past 24 hours

Russian-led forces have opened fire at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces 24 times over the past 24 hours, wounding a Ukrainian serviceman in a combat clash, the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) has said on Facebook.

"Occupation forces opened fire at the positions of our troops 24 times. The enemy used four times weapons banned by the Minsk agreements [...] One Joint Forces serviceman was injured in fighting," the JFO HQ said in a report early on Thursday.

Militants shelled Ukrainian positions near Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Troitske, Luhanske, Svitlodarsk, Pisky, Nevelske, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Berezove, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodiane, Lebedynske, and Shyrokyne.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, one militant was killed and three more were injured in the past day.

On Thursday, the enemy violated the ceasefire twice, firing at the positions of the Joint Forces near Krymske and Chermalyk from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

"There are no losses among the personnel of the Joint Forces," the press center said.
