"From now on Yeliseyev will be responsible for foreign policy in the Presidential Administration. The Head of State signed the decree on Yeliseyev's appointment as Deputy Head of the Administration," the report said.

The press service said that Yeliseyev's predecessor Valeriy Chaly has started work as Ukrainian Ambassador to the U.S. after Poroshenko signed the decree on Chaly's appointment on July 10.
