Ukraine's envoy urges EU to react to Nemtsov's report

Ukraine's Ambassador to the European Union Kostiantyn Yeliseyev believes that Boris Nemtsov's report "Putin. War" is more confirmation of Russia's expansionist policy and its uncovered aggression against Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty.

In his Wednesday letter to EU leaders, Yeliseyev said that the report contains direct evidence of Crimea's illegal annexation, the presence of Russian troops in Donbas, and weapons supplies to pro-Russian militants there, adding the EU should take these conclusions into account when preparing for the EU Council meeting on June 25-26.

Yeliseyev said he was certain in his belief that the EU must do all it can to make Russia withdraw its military forces from Ukraine.

As reported, on May 12, Nemtsov's friends presented the report "Putin. War" on Russia's actions in Crimea and eastern Ukraine. Nemtsov had been gathering the materials for the repot since the beginning of 2015.
