Chervona Zirka to supply products to US for first time
Public joint-stock company Chervona Zirka (Kirovohrad), a large Ukrainian manufacturer of agricultural machinery and part of Elvorti Group, plans to ship a batch of disk harrows to E-Z Trail Inc. (the United States) by late February.
The company said on its Web site that this is the first supply of machinery overseas in the history of the plant. The sides signed a contract, the cost of which is not being disclosed, to supply samples of all types of disk harrows to the United States.
"After holding negotiations with various Ukrainian companies that make agricultural machinery and visiting their production facilities, the U.S. company selected Chervona Zirka Plant," reads the report.
E-Z Trail Inc. is a large distributor of agricultural machinery in the United States and manages a wide chain of representative offices in many states. The company plans to promote machinery made by Chervona Zirka among small and medium-size farms in the United States, which prefer inexpensive but reliable machinery today in the current economic conditions.
In turn, Chervona Zirka hopes that the company will develop long-term relations with E-Z Trail Inc.
Chervona Zirka produces sowing and soil-processing machinery.
