Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov on his birthday and discussed trade and business cooperation between the two countries with him over the phone.

"A telephone conversation took place between Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov. Medvedev congratulated Azarov on his birthday and discussed with him issues concerning trade and economic cooperation," the Russian prime minister's press secretary Natalia Timakova said.
