Zelenskyy's adviser points out to Putin's negotiator Russia's refusal to ceasefire

Russia has rejected the offer of a complete and unconditional ceasefire, and the whole world now understands that this is an exclusively Russian war, wrote adviser to the President of Ukraine Dmytro Lytvyn under a post on the social network X of the former Kyiv resident, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Kirill Dmitriev, who is now one of Vladimir Putin's negotiators with the Americans.
“And only Russia wants to keep it going,” Lytvyn stressed.
Dmitriev in his post welcomed Zelenskyy's announcement that Ukraine would support a proposal agreed upon by Putin and US President Donald Trump on Tuesday to stop attacks on energy infrastructure.
"Progress toward peace," wrote Putin's negotiator, who earlier on Tuesday announced plans to meet soon with Trump-friendly SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. Dmitriev said Russia wants to work with Musk in space for "the future of humanity."
