Synehubov announces mandatory evacuation of families with children from 28 settlements in Borova community

The Defense Council of Kharkiv region decided to announce mandatory evacuation of children with their families from 28 settlements of the Borova community, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov has said on Wednesday.

"Ninety-three children with their families are subject to evacuation from the villages of the Borova community," he said on the Telegram channel.

According to the official, the Defense Council also decided on the mandatory evacuation of the entire adult population from the settlements where active hostilities are taking place, namely the village of Borova, Novoplatonivka, Sheikivka, Pidlyman, Nyzhnia Zhuravka, Borovska Andriyivka, Nuzhne Solene, Vysche Solene, Maliyivka, and Pisky-Radkivski. There are 2,443 people in these settlements.

"All evacuees will receive material aid, temporary accommodation, as well as support from international partners, particularly the UN, including humanitarian, psychological and legal assistance," Synehubov said.
