Russia uses UAVs to attack energy infrastructure to save missiles

Russia uses UAVs to attack Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, despite their low efficiency, to save missiles, said Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation.

"Russia is using drones to pinpoint energy infrastructure in the regions to save missiles, which it is stockpiling at strategic aviation airfields," he wrote on Telegram on Thursday.

Kovalenko noted that the rate of missile production does not allow the Russian Federation to wage an intensive war with their constant use, "and drones are a cheaper tool, although the efficiency of these UAVs is more suitable for terrorizing civilians than for use against intended targets [their efficiency percentage barely exceeds 10%]."
