Yaroslavsky's DCH Real Estate could buy unfinished Respublika trade center from NBU

DCH Infrastructure & Real Estate, part of DCH Group belonging to businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, has confirmed the possibility of acquiring the largest unfinished trade and entertainment center Respublika in Kyiv.

"As part of the development of DCH Real Estate, we are considering various projects and assets, including Respublika," the DCH press service told Interfax-Ukraine.

At the same time, three sources in the market told the agency DCH Real Estate is the most likely buyer of the unfinished Respublika trade center in Kyiv.

"DCH Real Estate is the most likely winner of trading in the Respublika shopping center, as it has experience in managing retail real estate, and the acquisition of this asset will significantly strengthen its position in the Ukrainian real estate market," one source said.

As reported, the Individuals' Deposit Guarantee Fund on February 27 will hold an auction to sell the rights of demand on two loans of Bank Nadra being under liquidation, the pledge on which is the unfinished Respublika trade center.

According to the announcement in the ProZorro.Sale system, the initial price of the lot will not be reduced and will be the same as at the auction on February 16 - UAH 1.1 billion.
