Ukrainian Beer Company Group LLC (UBC Group, Kharkiv) has denied information that officers of the State Fiscal Service allegedly conducted a search at one of its companies in Kharkiv located at 31B, August 23rd Street on January 26, 2016.

"The Kyivsky district court did not issue any ruling of this kind regarding UBC Group and no searches were conducted," the company said in a letter to Interfax-Ukraine received on January 29.

UBC Group said that Eastern Distribution Network LLC that was suspected of hiding income is not part of the group.

According to the letter, one of the companies of the group has several nonresidential premises in ownership located at the above-mentioned address.

As reported, on January 26, MP Roman Semenukha (Samopomich faction) wrote on his Facebook page that Representative of the State Fiscal Service conducted a search in the offices of Promodo, a promoter of contextual advertising, and allegedly one of the UBC Group's companies in Kharkiv.
