Boryspil airport to lease 160 sq m in Terminal D

Boryspil International Airport (Kyiv) intends to lease 159.5 square meters of space on the first, second and third floors of Terminal D.

According to the Uriadovy Kurier newspaper, according to independent estimates the cost of property to be leased is UAH 11.557 million and the maximum rental period is ten years.

The purpose of leasing the space is the organization of integrated services for passengers.

Applications from tenants will be accepted within ten days from the date of the publication of this announcement.

According to the airport's website, the space is to be leased for ATMs, hot drinks vending machines, snack vending machines, self-service terminals, two 30 square meters cafes and passenger service points.

Boryspil International Airport is the largest airport in Ukraine with a total occupied area of about 1,000 hectares. The company has two runways: one with a length of 4,000 meters and a width of 60 meters, the other – 3,500 meters long and 63 meters wide. The airport has four passenger terminals and a post-cargo complex.
