NSDC to develop Ukrainian doctrine
The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) will develop a Ukrainian doctrine, Secretary of the Council Oleksandr Lytvynenko said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
"The President has identified very important tasks - to ensure a more effective work of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters, to strengthen analytical support for the decisions of the state leadership. And an extremely important topic is the development of the Ukrainian doctrine, that is, planning for the future after the war," he said.
According to Lytvynenko, "when we plan, we ensure that people connect with each other, we create a common vision."
"Another of our tasks is to launch a moderated dialogue on developing a vision. This task of the head of state is to contribute to the formation of a public consensus."
Lytvynenko noted that "we want to launch a national discussion on the basis of the National Institute for Strategic Studies. The Institute should contribute to this process."
