Two French volunteers killed, another three foreigners, Ukrainian citizen injured by Russian missile in Beryslav

As a result of the Russian strike on Beryslav, two volunteers, French citizens were killed, and three more foreign citizens were slightly injured, said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of Kherson Regional Military Administration.

"Due to the enemy strike on Beryslav, foreign volunteers were killed and injured. The Russian army killed two French citizens. Three other foreigners received minor injuries. An activist of the Ukrainian representative office of the organization is also among the wounded," Prokudin wrote on the Telegram channel on Thursday evening.

According to the National Police, foreign volunteers died as a result of an attack by enemy UAVs, three men and one woman were injured. "According to preliminary information, the victims were French citizens. Three of the wounded, including a woman, are also foreigners. The fourth man who was injured is a 41-year-old from Odesa. All the victims came to Kherson region as volunteers. As a result of the attack, their vehicles were significantly damaged," the National Police said.

The wounded have been taken to the hospital, and they are receiving the necessary assistance.

According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the investigation officers found that the attack occurred at about 16:00. It was stabled that a massive shelling was carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles. An investigation is underway.
