Law enforcers propose that detained Concorde Capital head post bail of UAH 700 mln

Law enforcement officials are proposing that the founder and head of the investment company Concorde Capital, Ihor Mazepa, who was detained on January 18, post a bail of UAH 700 million, and his brother – UAH 500 million, the company told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.

"For the alleged damage of UAH 7 million, Ihor Mazepa's bail was set at UAH 700 million, and his brother's at UAH 500 million," noted Concorde Capital.

The company recalled that Mazepa was detained in a criminal case regarding the allocation of land plots with a total area of 2.4 hectares, which were allegedly provided in violation of the law.

As reported, the day before, Mazepa was detained on the Ukrainian-Polish border, and at the same time, the State Bureau of Investigation conducted searches at the company's office and places of residences of its employees.
