"As a result of the illegal actions of the investigative team of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General in the Mazepa case, the activities of many enterprises that are not related to operations with the so-called dam land have been blocked," he wrote on Facebook on Friday.

According to him, during searches at Concorde Capital, law enforcement officers seized personal belongings of company employees and partners, various corporate documentation, seals, electronic keys, as well as licenses of companies that were not involved in the criminal proceedings on Mazepa's charges of illegal acquisition of land plots of the Kyiv Hydroelectric Power Plant.

"Thus, some areas of activity of enterprises, to which law enforcement officers have no official complaints, have been significantly hampered and stopped. Blocking these enterprises in such an illegal way threatens losses for both the company and the state," the businessman said.

He clarified that in response to an appeal for the return of property, investigators refuse without reason.

Mazepa recalled that the company's office was searched without the necessary order from the investigating judge, but on the grounds of investigators about "urgency and the need to preserve evidence," although the investigation has been going on for 10 years.

"These illegal actions continue despite the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine regarding economic security and stability during the period of martial law, which was put into effect by Presidential Decree No. 21/2024 dated January 23, 2024," he said.
