The evacuation mission from Gaza was successfully completed; some 315 people, including 304 Ukrainians, were taken out of the danger zone, the press service of the Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said on Sunday evening, December 10.

"The Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informs that the operation to rescue our citizens from the Gaza Strip has been successfully completed. The evacuation mission carried out by the Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on behalf of the President of Ukraine took place in several stages. As a result, 315 people were removed from the danger zone: 304 Ukrainians, two Palestinians, nine citizens of Moldova," the agency said on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that among those rescued from the Gaza Strip there are two injured people, a cancer patient, a pregnant woman, as well as two citizens who coordinated Ukrainian military intelligence officers directly in the conflict zone.
