The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine reports that as of today, 963 settlements have been de-occupied in Ukraine.

"Currently, 963 settlements have been de-occupied in Ukraine. The Norwegian side promised to provide repair kits for the restoration of housing, generators, heaters, charging stations, power banks and computer equipment for teaching children online. And also to equip heating points and supply these territories with Starlink satellite Internet terminals," the ministry's press service said following a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereschuk and a delegation of the Norwegian Refugee Council.

It is noted that it is planned to pay one-time monetary assistance to people from liberated settlements and evacuees.

"They also discussed the need to create appropriate conditions in places of temporary residence of IDPs throughout Ukraine for the successful passage of the autumn-winter period of 2023-2024," the report says.
