Hungary becomes tenth foreign market of Nova Poshta

The Nova Poshta group of companies launched the first Nova Post branch in Hungary, in its capital Budapest, this country becoming the tenth foreign market the group has entered, its press release said on Friday.

“The Nova Post branch in Budapest is unique because here you can not only get fast delivery services. It is also a co-working space for the Ukrainian community,” said Viacheslav Klimov, co-owner of Nova Poshta.

It is assumed that in the coworking space it will also be possible to learn the language, attend qualification courses, trainings and lectures.

According to the group's press release, the branch operates seven days a week, clients can receive and send documents, parcels and cargo up to 100 kg to Ukraine.

The cost of delivery from Ukraine to Hungary is UAH 250 for documents, as well as UAH 400, UAH 600 and UAH 1,200 for parcels up to 2 kg, 10 kg and 30 kg, respectively. When sending a parcel from 30 to 100 kg, UAH 40 per kilogram is paid.

It is noted that the delivery time from Ukraine to Hungary is from 5 days.

In addition, in Hungary there is a service to call a courier through Nova Poshta. Delivery by courier is paid additionally: UAH 100 for shipments up to 30 kg or UAH 250 for every 100 kg, as specified in the press release.

As reported, Nova Post also plans to enter the markets of Italy, France and Austria by the end of this year.

At the beginning of November, the Nova Poshta network in Ukraine included almost 11,000 branches and 14,600 parcel terminals.

The group of companies includes Ukrainian and foreign companies, in particular, Nova Poshta, NP Logistic, the NovaPay payment system and Nova Poshta Global.
