Zaluzhny appoints new head of Odesa army recruitment center

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny has appointed Colonel Oleksandr Okhrimenko, who commanded the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great, as Head of Odesa Regional Army Recruitment and Social Support Center.
"I have appointed one of the best military commanders as Head of Odesa Regional Army Recruitment and Social Support Center. Colonel Oleksandr Okhrimenko, who had commanded the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great until today," he said on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.
Zaluzhny stressed that Okhrimenko is a combat officer who knows the army from inside, clearly understands the needs on the front and has demonstrated his devotion to the army and the Motherland numerous times.
As reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during a meeting of the Supreme Commander Headquarters on June 23, ordered Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny to dismiss Head of Odesa Regional Army Recruitment and Social Support Center Yevhen Borysov, in whose ownership journalists had discovered a villa in Spain.
Earlier, Head of the Servant of the People faction Davyd Arakhamia addressed law enforces with a request to investigate into the facts of possible abuse of power by the military commissar in Odesa published by journalist Mykhailo Tkach (Ukrainska Pravda media outlet).
According to the video investigation by Tkach entitled "The Spain Battalion", expensive housing and an office in Marbella, Spain are registered for relatives of Odesa military commissar Yevhen Borysov.
