Ukraine records 1,197 new COVID-19 cases per day, 760 recovered, 23 new victims of virus – NSDC
In Ukraine, the number of new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) disease per day is growing again, namely, as of Thursday morning, some 1,197 new cases were recorded, some 760 patients recovered, 23 people from the number of previously sick people died, the website of the National Security and Defense Council's (NSDC) Coronavirus Epidemic Monitoring System (NSDC) said.
A day earlier, on July 29, some 1,022 new cases of COVID-19 were reported, there were 919 cases on July 28 and about 807 infected people on July 27.
The number of people infected with a cumulative total since the beginning of the pandemic reached 68,794 people on Thursday morning, some 37,394 recovered, some 1,673 people have died from coronavirus disease since the beginning of the pandemic. Now Ukraine sees 29,727 cases of COVID-19, which is 1,174 more than the day before.
The largest number of detected cases of COVID-19 over the past day has been recorded in Kyiv (199), Lviv region (131), Rivne region (105), Ivano-Frankivsk region (104).
