Winner of the exit polls in the second round of the presidential elections in Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, promises to turn to incumbent President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for advice when he feels the need, and does not exclude the possibility that the latter can get some post.

"I said that Mr. Poroshenko offered me his help. If I need it, I will call him. Why not?" Zelensky said at a briefing in Kyiv on Sunday evening.

He stressed that Poroshenko, being the president of Ukraine, offered him help with advice.

"It seems to me that this is really serious help, and I am really ready to turn to Petro Oleksiyovych when I need help," said Zelensky.

Commenting at the request of journalists, the possibility of appointing Poroshenko to any position, Zelensky said that this depends on the position of the public.

"Minister of what? You want me to appoint [Poroshenko] as what? Then I'll appeal to the society, surely, and if the society says to me "we want to see Petro Poroshenko on this or that post," then maybe. I do not know," said the candidate, who won the exit poll in the second round of the presidential elections in Ukraine.

At the same time, he stressed that this is "not today's decision."
