The Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on Ukraine has begun a meeting in Minsk, Darka Olifer, spokeswoman for Ukraine's second president and the country's representative in the TCG, Leonid Kuchma, has reported.

"A meeting of the TCG has opened in Minsk," Darka Olifer, press secretary of Ukraine's second president and representative to the group, Leonid Kuchma, wrote on Facebook.
