Washington's decision on providing lethal weapons to Ukraine will not be affected by the fire in the ammunition warehouse in Vinnytsia region, U.S. State Department Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker said.

Speaking in response to a question of a correspondent of the Voice of America, Volker said they do not know all the circumstances, there are people who are interested in these explosions, but it is also highly possible that it was an accident. The U.S. decision to provide weapons to Ukraine will be made based on Washington's goals in this matter, the special representative said.
