With all ballots counted Rychkova wins by-election to Rada in Dnipro

A self-nominated volunteer and adviser to Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Tetiana Rychkova, has won the by-election to the Verkhovna Rada in single-mandate constituency No. 27 with the center in the city of Dnipro, the official website of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine reported.

With all the ballots counted, Rychkova got the support of 15,494 people, or 44.57% of the vote.

Her closest rival, independent candidate Zahid Krasnov got 12,768 votes (36.73%).

Other candidates scored less than 1.5% of the vote.
