The United States, Germany, Italy and France have confirmed that the current sanctions against Russia will remain in place until the Minsk agreements are fully observed, the press service of the White House reported on Monday.

The press service said that U.S. President Barack Obama met British Prime Minister David Cameron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Prime Minister of Italy Matteo Renzi and Foreign Minister of France Laurent Fabius in Antalya on the sidelines of the G20 summit on Monday.

"They confirmed that sanctions on Russia are to be maintained until the Minsk agreements on Ukraine are fully observed," the press service said.
